After adjustment, there was evidence that the mean of controls (green) is different from the mean of affected HR (red) (p = 0.0396, z-value = − 2.06), but not unaffected HR (blue) (p = 0.3094, z-value = − 1.02). There was also no evidence that the mean of affected (red) was different from unaffected HR (blue) (p = 0.5597, z-value = 0.58)
